What insurance do you accept?
Our practice is not in-network with any insurance providers. However, as a courtesy to our patients, we will file a claim with your insurance company on your behalf. Any reimbursement from your insurance will be sent directly to you based on your policy’s out-of-network benefits.

What are my payment options?
Payment is due in full on the day of service prior to treatment being rendered. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and financing options through third-party providers.
